Herdr provides performance marketing services including, but not limited to, Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, eCommerce advertising, landing page design, and conversion rate optimisation. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement between Herdr and each client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, and software — is the property of Herdr or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

When you submit information through our strategy call form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. We will use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating your marketing needs and scheduling a consultation.

Herdr treats all client business information as confidential. Case studies published on the Site are shared with explicit client approval and may use anonymised data to protect client identities where requested.

11. Governing Law
